Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency

These contract awards are invaluable not only for our business growth but also for the morale of our employees. We are excited about the future and the opportunity to more than double our business size by the end of 2025. This is truly the best birthday gift I could ask for—Ambassador started its first government contract on my birthday!

Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency, a leader in high-quality security services, has secured two significant federal government contracts, marking an important milestone in the company’s ongoing growth and success. Founded by Thomas W. Bolling in July 2004, the company has been awarded a contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) valued at nearly $1 million and a five-year contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in Memphis, expected to bring in $4.5 million.

Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency provides a wide range of security services, including private policing, armed and unarmed security officers, emergency disaster services, and advanced surveillance solutions. These contracts will see Ambassador protecting FEMA’s Joint Field Office (JFO) in Nashville and providing critical security services at FEMA’s Disaster Recovery Centers across Tennessee, while also handling law enforcement and security at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Ensley Engineering Yard in Memphis.

Reflecting on these achievements, Thomas Bolling expressed his excitement: “These contract awards are invaluable not only for our business growth but also for the morale of our employees. We are excited about the future and the opportunity to more than double our business size by the end of 2025. This is truly the best birthday gift I could ask for—Ambassador started its first government contract on my birthday!”

Ambassador’s journey to securing these contracts has been supported by the Tennessee APEX Accelerator and Veronica Clark, who has been a consistent resource throughout the company’s development. Thomas credits the APEX program for helping his business gain crucial skills, make connections, and avoid common pitfalls in the contracting world. “The training and events organized by APEX have been instrumental in our success. We’ve built strong relationships with prime contractors and government agencies, and Veronica has been there every step of the way.”

Veronica Clark, Ambassador’s APEX Counselor, nominated the company for a success story, emphasizing its resilience and strategic approach. “Thomas and his team have shown tremendous dedication. They’ve built valuable connections, refined their approach through continuous learning, and remained focused on delivering the highest quality service,” said Clark. “Their positivity and persistence are truly inspiring.”

Looking to the future, Ambassador Worldwide Protection Agency aims to further establish its reputation as a premier security service provider across both the commercial and government sectors. With these recent contract awards, the company is well on its way to becoming a recognized name in the industry.
