Street Legal Industries, Inc., located in Oak Ridge, TN, was recently awarded a Small Business Award for Excellence in Environmental Cleanup by United Cleanup Oak Ridge (UCOR).  The company was recognized for its critical support to the mission of UCOR for providing services for the infrastructure of trailers at the Environmental Management Waste Management Facility. Despite challenges with trailer pad construction and delivery, Street Legal worked 12-hour days to complete the trailer pad on schedule, preventing project delays.

In addition to its construction work, Street Legal provides a cadre of other services including engineering, architecture, estimating, scheduling, design coordination, commissioning specialists, safety, quality training, IT/data management, environmental compliance and construction/project management. 

Established in 2000, Street Legal became a client of the Tennessee APEX Accelerator (then known as PTAC) in 2016. APEX helped the company grow their business in the governmental marketplace by assisting with analysis of solicitations, review of proposals and assistance with obtaining their EDWOSB/WOSB and 8(a) certifications.
